The Water Place is a cute little room, approximately 250 square feet, ideal for the solo or duo traveler, and among the best lodging value on San Juan Island. This room has one queen bed with a super comfy mattress, a wide variety of pillows and plush robes, just waiting for you to sink in and unwind. The cozy bathroom features a shower/tub combo and environmentally friendly body care products from the local Pelindaba Lavender Farm. Water Places have either a jetted bath tub OR a mini-deck (no great view, but a deck nonetheless, so you can hear the fog horns from the water while sipping a glass of wine). Original art by local photographer Kaitlyn Johnson complete this classic design in green and blue tones. Upstairs Water Places have vaulted ceilings and are carpeted, downstairs Water Places have laminate wood flooring. We feature ADA amenities for the Water Place room category.

These rooms do have A/C, though we rarely need it on our island oasis.
